AI at nomadall
What AI does here, what data it uses, and where a human stays in charge.
We use AI to help you get work done, not to replace your judgment. Here's what it does, what data it sees, and the guardrails around it.
What AI does here
Noah is your assistant: ask it questions and it helps you get work done inside your account. We also offer optional automated helpers you can turn on, like one that can text a new lead for you. These are yours to enable or leave off.
What data AI uses
AI works within your own account's data to help you, and nothing else. It doesn't reach into another business's data, and your data isn't used to train outside AI models.
A human stays in charge
AI can't move money or finalize consequential, hard-to-undo actions on its own. Those get handed to a person to approve first. And because AI can be wrong, review its output before you rely on it.
When an automated helper reaches out
When an automated helper contacts a customer for you, such as the text-message lead responder, its first message says it's an automated assistant and tells the person how to opt out. That's how it should be, and it's the law in California.
