Data deletion
You control your data. This page explains how to have your personal information deleted from nomadall, including anything we received through a connected account.
What you can delete
Your account and profile details, the content your workspace stores, and any data we received on your behalf from a connected platform such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or Google, including lead-form submissions (name, email, phone).
How to request deletion
Email privacy@nomadall.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data," or delete your account directly in the app under Settings. Tell us which workspace or data you want removed. We may ask you to verify ownership before we proceed.
If you connected Facebook or Instagram
You can remove nomadall at any time from Facebook Settings and privacy → Settings → Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites), which revokes our access. To also delete lead data we already received through Meta, email privacy@nomadall.com and we will delete it.
What happens next
We delete or de-identify the personal data we control within 30 days of a verified request, except where we are required to retain specific records to meet a legal, tax, or accounting obligation. We will confirm by email when it is done.
